It only took one afternoon of sunshine for the spring fever to kick in. Driving the minivan with all the windows down, sunroof open and kiddos in the back squealing with delight, I thought 'could this be the day the weekends of snow and snow and more snow become but a fond memory?' The turning point in the season when the buds begin to peak at the corners of the walk ways and it almost warm enough to go outside without your jacket is the perfect time to create an energetic shift.
By evening I was cleaning in full force and tackling some bigger projects I had been putting off. I began to realize, looking around at some of the things I had "let go" that a big aspect of my outer reality was reflecting a big aspect of how I have been feeling internally - overwhelmed, out of control and "buried".
Doing some heavy clearing in your physical reality will create a shift in your emotional/mental state of well-being on many levels. It also creates an energetic vacuum. When something is removed, new energy must flow in to replace it. This is how energetic shifts begin.
Let go of the things that aren't supporting you in your life and prepare for stretching, growth and renewal as you open and align with the fresh new energy of the Spring.
So, clear out the clutter, donate things you don't want anymore, sage the house, open the windows and let the fairies in and the energy flow free!
