I practice mindfulness meditation every day. I am learning so much about myself, including that adding value to others does not have to be complicated or hard. Truly listening to others or to your own inner wisdom happens in stillness and silence.
Thank you Mother Nature for bringing us beautiful snow. The blanket of stillness reminds us of our own opportunity to lie still – cold like snow yet warm like a blanket.
Take a moment each day to notice the stillness at the bottom and top of each breath you take. Savor those moments of stillness.
