If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the merchandise with an original receipt, within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Sanctuary Gift Certificate which may be used towards any merchandise, class or service. Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Special orders or anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Merchandise in sealed packaging must be returned unopened, and all returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. Please contact us right away if you find your merchandise is damaged or defective when opening it.
