Have you noticed big fluctuations in the energies as of late? Many intense and heavy emotions are being brought to the surface for examination, healing and release. However there is also a more refined lightness left behind each time we cycle through this process. At this time of heightened spiritual evolution, our Souls, in their advanced wisdom, may even be bringing up life-times of spiritual and energetic debris to go through this process of transmutation. Even advanced energetic codings that have been passed down through the ancestral lines are being brought to the surface to go through this process of alchemy.
If you've been mired in these heavier energies, just know there is light at the end of the tunnel... literally. We are moving towards the Summer Solstice and as each day increases in length and light, we are also moving through those vibrational frequencies just as Gaia is. So stay tuned into her patterns and rhythms, connect with Earth energy every day, anchoring yourself in, grounding and allowing her to heal and align you.
