Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please contact us no later than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Our schedule is done with lots of care as we have many practitioners and a variety of services being offered daily. Please note many of our service providers commute to Brewster for their scheduled appointments please be respectful of their time.
N0-shows, late shows and cancellations inconvenience all parties. In the event of a missed appointment without notice or an appointment is missed without 24 hour notice, clients will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment. If a client wishes to reschedule after a missed appointment, payment for the service is required at the time of booking and if 24 hours notice is not given, the cost of the session will not be refunded.
