Through studying the Ho'oponopono you’ll learn to distinguish between conscious, subconscious, and superconscious minds and how they affect your everyday life.
This class introduces you to the practice of ho’oponopono by explaining what it is and how it works, providing an exploration of the power of forgiveness. and how having a firm sense of these allows a person to have a better idea of their place in the world.
The course covers emotional baggage - how it shapes your life, why it happens, the link between negative emotions and emotional baggage, and how choosing to live ‘lighter’ will help you to live a more peaceful life.
