SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT:
* Commitment: By enrolling, you agree to a [6 or 12]-month membership, as selected. Payments are processed automatically on the [1st] of each month.
* Sessions: You are entitled to [One] Private session per month.
* The Sun (30m): Choose from Reiki or Sound Bath.
* The Star (60m): Choose two from Reiki, Crystal Grid, or Sound Bath.
* The World (90m): Full Reiki, Crystal Grid, and Sound Bath experience.
* 6-Month Membership Perks: As a 6-month Member, you receive complimentary spa access each month.

* The Star (60m): [Choose up to Two 30m Wellness Sessions in DIVINITY Spa]

*Wellness Sessions in DIVINITY Spa: Memberships include up to 30, 60 or 90 minutes of complementary Spa access per month, subject to availability. Choose from:
* 30m Amethyst Biomat Session
* 30m Crystal Light Bed Session
* 30m Metatron Sacred Geometry Mat Session
* 30m No-Sweat Infrared Sauna Session
* 30m Biocharger Session
* 20m Salt Cabin Session
* Flexibility & Scheduling
* Booking: Energy maintenance works best when scheduled in regular intervals, just like getting your hair cut, your nails done or your oil changed. We recommend selecting an appointment time that generally works for you each month as an ongoing reoccurring appointment, or you may select from available appointments as your schedule allows.
* Booking: Special Requests: Please contact me directly if you require an early morning or evening time slot.
*Rescheduling: If you are unable to make your scheduled session, please notify me at least 24-48 hours in advance. I will do my best to reschedule your session within the same month, subject to availability. Please note that cancellations may result in the forfeiture of that month’s session if no other available times remain in the current calendar.
* Usage: Cancelled and unused sessions or Spa time cannot be rolled over to the following month.
* Practitioner: All sessions for the Energy Maintenance Program subscription series are with Amy Marino.
* Termination Policy: Early cancellation prior to the end of the commitment period is subject to a [$50] early termination fee. After the initial commitment period, members may cancel at any time with [30] days’ notice. If a membership is put on hold, all scheduled payments will be paused, and the contract end date will be extended by the duration of the hold period to ensure all sessions are fulfilled. Amy Marino reserves the right to any membership at any time, at their discretion. In the event of termination by Amy Marino, no further payments will be processed.
* Founding Member Pricing: These rates are currently offered as part of our Founding Member Launch. By enrolling now, you lock in these exclusive rates, package inclusions, and perks for the duration of your current commitment.
* Future adjustments: Please note that membership rates, package inclusions, and perk offerings are subject to change for future new members. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes to their specific plan upon renewal.
