Join us for a guided meditation using crystals and sound to move energy, create release, bring healing and expand your consciousness. We are told often by spiritual teachers that we are divine powerful magnificent souls. Some of us find this an abstract idea, some can understand this intellectually and most struggle to comprehend and embrace this in an emotional and physical way. What is the truth of this statement and how can we understand this within all aspects and levels of ourselves. How does this knowledge and awareness impact our 3D physical human lives and how can we use this consciousness to radically shift and change every aspect of our lives. Accessing and aligning with the Divinity within each and everyone of you is your key to ultimate empowerment. I will be offering a 20 minute meditation at the end of this workshop.
BIO
British born and bred, Jo Jayson is a self-taught painter. She began her career as a muralist in London, Sydney, and New York. In 2008, she began expressing Divine Feminine energies into her own paintings, completing her much-loved "Goddess Chakra” series. In 2011, she unveiled the beginning of her “Sacred Feminine” series of paintings, unfolding a body of work that contained thirteen channeled feminine energies. Jo has emerged as an internationally acclaimed intuitive artist and spiritual teacher, helping women all over the world find empowerment, healing, and inspiration.
